Syd is the Client Relations Manager for Focal Point, bringing with him a robust background and over a decade of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from San Sebastian College Recoletos-Manila, providing him with a solid foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
His journey in the BPO industry began in 2005 when he started as a Frontline Agent. Through his dedication and hard work, he quickly rose through the ranks, taking on various roles that showcased his versatility and expertise. By 2006, he had transitioned into the role of Quality Analyst, where he honed his ability to assess and improve operational performance.
Syd assumed the responsibilities of a Frontline Supervisor later that same year. In this role, he demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment for his team members. In 2007, He took on the position of Process Development Officer, where he played a key role in optimizing processes and driving efficiency within the organization.
In 2020, Syd’s exemplary performance and leadership qualities led to his appointment as Operations Manager. In this capacity, he oversaw day-to-day operations, managed teams, and ensured the delivery of high-quality services to clients. His strategic approach and dedication to continuous improvement were instrumental in driving success and achieving organizational goals.
Today, as the Client Relations Manager at Focal Point, Syd leverages his extensive industry experience and leadership skills to cultivate strong relationships with clients. His ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions has earned him the trust and respect of both clients and colleagues alike.
