Network status of the practice/provider and appropriate coding Prior authorization. Completion of the new patient intake form and the insurance forms, then submitted for approval.

KETAMINE INTAKE COORDINATOR
Ketamine Intake Coordinator helps clients/providers to screen patients and for scheduling. Depending on the client’s in-network status to insurance, we will identify the codes that can be used for claim submission for the continuously monitored time with the provider.
