Elzo is the co-founder, Chief Operating Officer at Focal Point. He leads the operations to ensure productivity and continuously improve client relationships. 

He graduated from Our Lady of Fatima University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became board certified in the same year. In 2008, he went on to become a staff/volunteer nurse at one of the established government tertiary hospitals in the Philippines, East Avenue Medical Center. He is also currently a member of the Philippine Red Cross

What piqued his interest in the US Medical Insurance industry is his experience firsthand experience in customer service and management with Blue Shield of California in 2012 and with UnitedHealth Group in 2015.

He along with the other co-founders of Focal Point have one vision: To improve access to care and to make life-saving treatments such as ketamine, affordable to all patients, by helping providers most easily realize insurance reimbursements. As a result of fulfilling this mission, he looks forward to having used his leadership in this industry, to help more patients access low-cost treatments.
