Rye has dedicated his career to supporting business operations, with a particular focus on training and marketing initiatives. His journey began in 2014 within the dynamic realm of the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, where he honed his skills in handling sales and telecommunications accounts. 

In 2017, He decided to pivot his expertise towards the US healthcare industry, embarking on a new chapter with Optum as a healthcare advocate. Within a year, Rye’s performance led to a well-deserved promotion as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Continuing his upward trajectory, he transitioned into the role of Operational Trainer, leveraging his deep understanding of healthcare processes to impart valuable knowledge to others. His passion for continuous improvement and learning saw him actively participating in various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing training processes within the company.

In 2022, Rye embarked on a new professional journey with Focal Point. In his current role, he serves as a pivotal support figure for business operations, channeling his expertise towards refining training methodologies and amplifying marketing strategies.

Rye’s influence at Focal Point has been significant. He has led the way on multiple initiatives focused on enhancing business efficiency which includes developing and managing vital documents, resources, and guidelines customized for both staff and clients to support them in reaching our shared objective of “Clearing the way for better access to care.”
